ART AND PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST

Detroit River Coalition Earth Week Art and Photography Contest Rules

1. All mediums are welcome.

2. Submit original content with a focus on the Detroit River and Earth Day (Example, how litter impacts our waterways)

4. Two categories; one prize per category for the photo and the art contest
• Adult, age 18+
• Youth, age 0 to 17

5. Contest runs from March 22, 2025 through April 22, 2021; World Water Day through Earth Day! Contest opens at 12:01am on March 22, 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on April 22, 2025

6. Based on availability, (adult) winner will receive one Detroit River Coalition Logo’d organic cotton sweatshirt. Youth winners will receive (reading level appropriate) environmental conservation books.

7. Winner will be announced on or before noon on Friday, April 30th

8. Contest prizes will be mailed out less than 30 days after announcement

9. Submit a digital copy of your work using the below entry form

10. All submissions will be shared on the Detroit River Coalition website (www.detroitrivercoalition.com) and our social media.
