Paul Drca

Paul Drca is the temporary Detroit River Canadian Cleanup RAP Coordinator, backfilling the position in the absence of Jacqueline Serran until June 2023. Paul is a graduate of St. Clair College of Applied Arts & Technology with a diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology and later from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Science degree. He retired as the City of Windsor’s Manager, Environmental Quality in 2020 after 39 years of service. As the Manager, Environmental Quality, Paul managed Windsor’s Pollution Control Laboratory, Sewer Use By-law Enforcement and Environmental Master Plan programs. Paul was the City’s representative on the Detroit River Canadian Cleanup Steering & Implementation Committee and Monitoring and Research Workgroup. He also was a municipal representative on the Essex Region Source Water Protection Committee. Paul was a member of the Canadian Water and Wastewater Association, Water Environment Association of Ontario and the Water Environment Federation through his career.
